NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

The Paradise Lifestyle contest (“the Contest”) is open to legal residents of Saskatchewan, Canada who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Paradise LeisureScapes (“the Sponsor”), as well as their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, are not eligible to participate. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

 

2. Agreement to Rules

By participating in the Contest, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. You further agree to accept the decisions of Paradise LeisureScapes as final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.

 

3. Contest Period

The Contest begins on May 8, 2026 at 12:00 AM CST and ends on August 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST (“the Contest Period”). All qualifying entries must be submitted during the Contest Period to be eligible. All times are Saskatchewan local time. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify the Contest end date with reasonable notice posted to the Paradise LeisureScapes social media channels.

 

4. How to Enter

There are multiple ways to earn entries during the Contest Period. Entries are accumulated — the more qualifying actions you take, the more entries you receive.

 

  1. Primary Entry — 10 entries per qualifying post: Post a photo or video on Instagram or Facebook featuring products purchased from Paradise LeisureScapes. The post must tag @ParadiseLeisureScapes and include the hashtag #TheParadiseLifestyle. Each qualifying post earns ten (10) entries. There is no limit on the number of qualifying posts an entrant may submit, provided each post features Paradise LeisureScapes products and meets all requirements.

  2. Engagement Bundle — 3 entries (one-time): Complete all four of the following actions: (a) follow the official Paradise LeisureScapes Instagram or Facebook account; (b) like the official Paradise Lifestyle launch post; (c) tag three (3) unique friends in the comments of the launch post;. All three actions must be completed to receive the three (3) entry bundle.

  3. Additional Story Shares — 1 entry each: After completing the Engagement Bundle described above, each share of the official Paradise Lifestyle launch post to your Instagram or Facebook Story earns one (1) additional entry. There is no limit on the number of additional story shares.

 

Entries that do not meet all requirements may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Attempts to circumvent the entry process through multiple accounts, fraudulent means, bots, macros, scripts, or other technical methods will result in disqualification. Posts must remain publicly visible throughout the Contest Period to remain eligible. Posts that are deleted, set to private, or that remove the required tag or hashtag prior to the draw will be disqualified.

 

5. Prize

One (1) grand prize winner will receive a Paradise LeisureScapes gift card with a value of $5,000 CAD (“the Prize”). The gift card may be used toward any product or service available at Paradise LeisureScapes and carries no purchase restrictions. The Prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent will be permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Any and all expenses related to the Prize not expressly stated herein, including without limitation any applicable taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

 

6. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Entering through multiple qualifying actions increases an entrant’s total number of entries and therefore their relative odds of winning.

 

7. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The draw will take place in September 2025 under the supervision of the Sponsor. The Sponsor will make a reasonable effort to notify the selected winner via direct message on the social media platform through which their winning entry was submitted within five (5) business days of the draw.

 

If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, fails to claim the Prize within fifteen (15) days of notification, or fails to timely return a completed declaration and release as required, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at the Sponsor’s discretion. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notification due to incorrect contact information, privacy settings, or platform restrictions.

 

ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION AND IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF ALL WINNER PRIVILEGES.

 

8. Winner Conditions

As a condition of receiving the Prize, the selected winner may be required to:

 

  • Correctly answer a time-limited, skill-testing mathematical question

  • Sign and return a declaration of eligibility and release of liability

  • Provide written consent to the use of their name and general location in winner announcements published on Paradise LeisureScapes social media channels and website

 

Failure to satisfy any of these conditions within the required timeframe may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.

 

9. Rights Granted by Entrant

By entering the Contest, you grant Paradise LeisureScapes, anyone acting on behalf of Paradise LeisureScapes, and its respective licensees, successors, and assigns the right, where permitted by law and without further notice, review, or compensation, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use your entry worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including without limitation your name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Contest, and biographical information, for news, publicity, advertising, trade, public relations, and promotional purposes.

 

10. General Terms

Paradise LeisureScapes reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest should a virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond its reasonable control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest. In such case, the Sponsor may select a winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after the event triggering such action, as appropriate.

 

Paradise LeisureScapes reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Contest, or any associated website. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may constitute a violation of criminal and civil law, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

By entering the Contest, you agree to receive periodic email communications from Paradise LeisureScapes. You may opt out of receiving these communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any such communication.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Paradise LeisureScapes and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, arising from: (i) your participation in the Contest and/or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process; or (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries.

 

12. Disputes

This Contest is governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Saskatchewan, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating, you agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Saskatchewan having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will a participant be permitted to obtain awards for punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses directly associated with entering this Contest.

 

13. Privacy Policy

Personal information collected in connection with this Contest will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Contest and contacting the winner. Paradise LeisureScapes will not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required for Contest administration or as required by law. 14. Winners List

15. Social Media Disclaimer

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, or Facebook. By entering, all participants release Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability related to this Contest. Any information provided by participants is submitted to Paradise LeisureScapes and not to Meta Platforms, Inc. or any other social media platform.
