BASIC POOL DRAWING

Included with every in-ground pool package.​

It Includes:​
 
A basic layout showing the pool placement within your yard and the information required to obtain a pool permit. ​

CONCEPTUAL 3D DESIGN

$3500

A high-level design package that establishes the overall layout, spatial planning, and key features of the project - providing everything needed to obtain quotes and begin planning with confidence.

Includes:

  • Conceptual 3D design

  • 2D layout plan

  • Concrete layout and square footage

  • Utility line locations

  • Pool house placement and conceptual design

  • Patio and outdoor kitchen areas

  • General layout of lawn, turf, and planting zones

Ideal for:
Early-stage planning, budgeting, and visualizing the overall direction of the project.

Bonus:
Move forward with construction through Paradise and receive a $1,000 credit toward the design cost.

COMPREHENSIVE 3D DESIGN PACKAGE

$5000

A fully detailed, construction-ready design package that builds on the conceptual plan with precise detailing, realistic modeling, and complete project documentation.

This package is designed to take a project from vision to execution - eliminating guesswork and ensuring every element is clearly defined and coordinated.

Includes everything in the Conceptual Package, plus:

  • Detailed plant selection and exact placement

  • Calculated square footage for lawn and planting beds

  • Accurate 3D replica of the home

  • Integration of surrounding site context
    (mature trees, adjacent properties, views, etc.)

  • Detailed construction plans for all elements
    (hardscape, softscape, utilities, pool, pool house, and features)

Deliverables:

  • High-quality 3D photo renderings

  • Cinematic 3D video walkthroughs

  • Fully detailed construction drawings ready for build
