Access to Yard:

1. The water level in the pool needs to be raised half way up the skimmer for the pool to be opened. I will do this. I would like Paradise LeisureScapes to do this.

2. The winter cover needs to be removed. I will do this. I would like Paradise LeisureScapes to do this.

3. What type of winter cover do you have? Secura Regular w/ watertubes

4. If Paradise LeisureScapes removes the cover would you like stow away used on the cover? Where would you like the cover left after it is removed?


5. Opening chemicals are to be added. I will supply these chemicals. I would like Paradise LeisureScapes to supply these chemicals.

6. Is there a summer/solar cover that needs to be installed? I will do this. I would like Paradise LeisureScapes to do this.

7. What kind of filter do you have? DE Sand Modular

8. Did Paradise LeisureScapes clean and store your filter for you over the winter? Yes No

9. Are any repairs needed from last year? Yes No

10. Are you interested in upgrading your current filter or heating system? Yes No

11. Please list any chemicals or equipment that you would like brought out at the time of opening. There is no extra cost for this service!
