I purchased a spa from XXXXX (Competing Dealer). Their people are not knowledgable and have to return often to redo work. I gave them 3 weeks notice to do work, but they would not guarantee they could do it. They actually recommended that I go to you. I have found your company very professional and the fellow who did the service call very courteous and knowledgable. I think they might have lost a customer. Thank you.
